What is music therapy?

What does it look like?
A lot of fun! Music therapy interventions are based on specialized training and critical problem solving on the therapist's part. Therapists use the elements of music to meet the moment-by-moment needs of the client. Needs are based on assessment. Goals are set and treatment begins.
